If you don't like what you bought  here are our returns  guidelines: 

Phen Beach will gladly refund online orders or offer a refund/exchange for a change of mind on any purchase. If you return the item within 5 days of purchase, you can choose to have the value of your return credited to or refunded to the original form of payment. Change-of-mind returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and the tags are still attached. 

You can choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown, or do not do what they are supposed to do..

The Phen Beach Returns policy in no way limits your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
